Comments:
Weather was great today. I can feel fall creeping in. No more of those crazy hot days. I went out Albany to spice it up and ran through Northside, then came back on Linn and Cayuga. Felt good today, better than in past days for sure. Glad I went a little longer too. It was nice and flat today.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch out when I got back and had time to rehydrate. I think I drank enough today. This week kinda breezed by. Not feeling that in tune with things. Mind needs a mental break I bet. Like the mileage recently though feels like I get out and do something.
