Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Called up Anthony after the team Zoom practice and we agreed to meet up on Western Ave between our houses shortly thereafter. Ran up around Ft Reno and part of the 39th street loop. After dropping him off at home I added on and discovered a bunch of cool grass alleys in the neighborhood that borders Western Ave (in Maryland) between River and Mass. I found several of the shortcuts that are sometimes part of the Geico loop, but also some I'd never seen. All in all, a really cool run. I don't often discover new stuff so close to home.

Kept up at 7:30ish average pace which has slower (and harder) than I expected. Pretty sore for doing a 1/2 hour of PT stuff this morning. Really, I'm just out of shape.
