I little more motivated today. It was cloudy, grey, cool, but humid at the same time? Made for decent running conditions though. Felt good up and down the hill today. Much better than the heavy legs from the past few days.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back. I dont miss the oppressive hot days of the summer. Its much more enjoyable to be out right now, even if my legs feel like rocks sometimes.
