Weather: 90 - pretty warm

Comments:
Ok run - definitely warmer than the mid-80’s that’s been lately. Had a good podcast on though w/ Tim Grover (Jordan, Kobe, & D-Wades personal trainer - I also just read his book “Relentless”). He’s got a great mindset and talks a lot about mental toughness (along with his personal experiences, literally, working with the best and helping MJ elevate his physical & mental conditioning to a higher level).

Mixed in roads & nature trails - almost 800’ of gain for this 8mi run which was solid. Now that AQ here has been better (and the Summer heat wave is over) - looking to start building mileage & fitness
