Comments:
With Jack Fanikos. Set out to do 4 mi steady around 6:30 pace. Watch got a little messed up at the end of the steady (you can see the straight line there where we actually went on Summit rd and back on Righter’s Mill). We did 6:19, 6:01, 6:30, 6:31. Pretty solid, and felt pretty good. Breathing wasn’t too hard at all but I did feel pretty tired by the end. We did pick it up for that fourth mile and we both thought that we probably ran it at more like 6:15-6:00 min pace and maybe we did since my watch messed up. Anyways, the effort is there, and I’m glad to have gotten this done in the morning.
