Bike Paths & Giles

Comments:
Today was good running weather. Got a ride up to the Plantations and switched it up, came down on the bike paths and the trails. I like that route a lot. Dropped a sub 7 on the bike path, early on but it felt really good. Benefited from all the downhills as well today. The trails were beautiful too. Had a little stomach cramp coming back in but I made it in time.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll, outside since I got back first. Legs felt great today, glad I pushed the mileage up a little as well.
