Comments:
Getting some base mileage under my feet after a foot injury. Starting at 3mph, I go up 1/2mph every minute, up to 7 mph, then back down again to 3mph. In the last half hour when I would go under 5mph, I would add 2% more incline for every 1mph decrease.
