Weather: kind of chilly actually
Comments:
this was the day we did a warm-up in town and then ran through that 2 mile trail area. I really like running there. I started to fall back but picked it up and stayed there until the end. this run was one of my favorites from the week because I felt so good during it. I wasn't really sore or anything.
