Comments:
I was in the sprinter group today. It was very fun to see some people who weren’t at the cross country in person practices. We did 10 100s which is the length on the field. I felt good. We ended up not being able to go to fort Reno because there had to be a group staying on campus. So we did 4 sets of strength stuff. It was very fun.
