Comments:
I left my house and was freezing even though I was wearing a long sleeve and leggings. But once I got running it became much more tolerable. I ran over to arrowood which had become the place for all of my workouts because it is set up perfectly to measure an 800 and below. I did some drills and strides then started with the first two 800s. I measured that last time it was .49 miles. I had around 2 minutes jogging in between. I didn’t time it though, I just ran back to where I started which is around 300 meters. Then I ran away from the finish line and marked from Strava where the .25 mile mark was. Then I did my 2 400s from there. Then I did the same thing with the 200s. There were probably anywhere from 2-3 minutes between each because of all the measuring stuff. I felt the best on the 800s and 200s and I felt okay on the 400s. Good time overall. The weather turned out to be very nice for a workout.
