Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I went to the strength call which was a good time. Then I went to go for a run. I was feeling good so I decided to make it a faster run after some warming up. I didn’t really do a workout on Tuesday because we did some hurdles instead so this was a replacement. I started after around 6 minutes of jogging and some warmups then I ran on Bradley, Huntington and a little part of old Georgetown. I felt good and it was fun. It was a little chilly and it got dark by the time I was getting home but it made for a nice run. I actually payed attention to where I started and ended my tempo so I could figure out my pace for once. So that’s exciting.
