Weather: 5:20 PM 67-70 Warm and Windy from South
Comments:
Had another really good run. A little tight and sore but loosened up. Ran around the hood on the South and West side. Ran 3 miles easy, stopped and stretched, then 1/2 mile and then into a 2 mile tempo. 2 down for 7. Felt pretty good and controlled and smooth but it just felt faster. Thats ok I am happy with how I am feeling in just 4 weeks back to running daily! Motivated.
