Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Did more arms and abs today and focused on a lot of stretching. I woke up a little sore this morning from not properly stretching before running yesterday. What happened to the days where I used to not have stretch for anything and was never sore?!?!? haha....It doesn't help that I'm not at the studio as much,over the break, teaching and being active with my students. Looking forward to a good run tomorrow morning :)
