Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This run is super weird. There is nothing out here but open ranch land and for some reason no cows. Didnt see a single one! It was really monotonous but the landscape still is really cool. Anyways, with Fergie Cheese and Q for first eight then pounded back the last eight with just Cheese (watch says 6:50 average for that half of the run, oops). We both kept acknowledging that we were pounding, would slow down a little, but then eventually would just speed back up. At least I can say that I'm pretty well adjusted to the altitude at this point. Felt good on this except the beginning, which was weird. After four miles the biting cold went away and I settled in.
