Comments:
The HR on this is such CAP. Left my chest strap in Hull so only using wrist. This felt pretty easy and controlled. Before I was maintaining, 68, 233. After I am unproductive, 67, 383...I guess it read this as way too hard. I did go longer than I expected but whatever. Out of shape I guess
