Better Run Today

Today's run was better than my run the other day. Started out a little rough because I was lacking some motivation but around a 1/2 mile I finally found a good rhythm. However, my left foot started cramping about a 1.2 miles in so that wasn't too much fun. I stopped for about 30 seconds to stretch it out and kept on running. It felt a little better but then started cramping again at about 1.8 miles but I just pushed myself to finish. Overall, made it further and I'm starting to feel a little better about this whole half marathon thing!!!!
