Before I started my run today I did some ab work. I did 500 crunches on one of the machines at the gym. I actually felt a little stronger, while running, after I did some ab work. After my run, and guzzling down a ton of water, I did some weights to help build my arm strength. Overall, I feel like I had a good workout and I'm hoping I can do this again tomorrow!!
