Two mile treadmill run

Comments:
Cruise run on treadmill. Right IT band tightened up with 200m to go (better than yesterday). Lower back still tight and sore; stretched after. Right achilles mildly achy first 400m, then loosened up. Ran after Nate went to bed (8:30).
