So I finally decided to go work out. [I am so lame--the last day of break and I finally work out]
Ran for 15 minutes [meezly amount]
then did strength building work outs.
I was at the gym for like 45ish minutes?
But, hey, its a start. And I'm coming to practice tomorrow.
