7th Week....we made it

Back at it again with my extended itty bitty run. It felt. Amazing. Holy cow. Extreme brain bubble bath of endorphins. It was simple and is on the short side of runs this week. I am entering my 7th week of training and I am so grateful. This week is a big one for me with 6 days of consecutive running and 6 days of running each week til the training is over. I'm nervous, but mostly very grateful. I don't want it to end.
Soon I'll be thinking about picking up the speed, but its hard to want to push yourself with this weather.
