Tried to fit in some ab work and arm work today. Kept it short. I have no idea how many crunches I did I just know that I did them for a 4 minute song and my muscles really hurt afterward. Haha...as for my arms I did 3 sets of 15 of bicep curls, sitting dip and pec fly.
