Comments:
Getting back into it. Wind was gusty but not cold. Was cold for the first 2ish miles then warmed up. Went a little quicker overall. Had some chest pain at points. Got tired the last 1-1.5 miles but also head wind. Starting morning runs next week. HR higher and rest interval back to being shit. Need to get going.
