2 mile warmup, 2 mile race, 2 mile cooldown

Ran the steeple finished in 10:25. Not quite the start I wanted but it want to bad either.

Was the same time as my first steeple last year. However last year I had 4 or 5 weeks before conference. Only have 2 now, so I need to get some good training in.
