Comments:
Ran 5 miles on the treadmill at a 1% incline just under 41 minutes. The run kicked my ass. I don't know if I'm hurting from over doing it on Sunday, a lack of sleep or a combination. I did a pyramid a push ups starting at 10 to follow the run.
