Hitting the fort

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
After some warmups and a lap around the block to stall for the runners getting their covid test, a small group made their way to fort reno. It was me, Ella, Sophie, Benji, Arthur Herman, Corbin, Luke, and Daniel. We ran towards the hill and i was already kind of tired for some reason. We were all complaining, as you do during a fort reno workout, as we did a little jog at the base of the hill. We were told we were doing 2-4 sets of 5 hills. We did them on the left part of fort reno where the first part of the hill is super steep. We did the first set of five, a second set of four, then two more sets of three. It was actually quite a fun time. Sophie, Ella, and I stuck together but for the most part the whole group started at the same time. The jogs between the hills were arguably harder than the actual hills for some reason. I was kind of dying. Overall a very fun workout. Benji did not do 20. We will still never know whether Myles misheard Anthony about the extent of the workout.
