sprinter workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ella and I went with the sprinters today. William set up 5 hurdles around the duke Elington track so we could do choo choo train. We ran four hurdles (256 meters) then five (320), five times. Choo choo train is always a good time. We took a short break after 3 sets then did the last 2. It was very very fun. We did strength and stretched. On both bus rides we played a game of 20 questions. Quite a time.
