Better Time Today

My goal today was to run 3 miles. That didn't happen....BUT my time was better today so I was pleased with that :) This time has been my fastest in a LOOOOOONNNNGGGGG time!!!! It may never happen again. I don't know why I had so much energy today. No cramps, not a lot of soreness...felt pretty good overall. I made sure I did a really good stretch before and after my run and for now I'm feeling great!
