Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Nick Keenan at Maine South. Did 10x200 in 29-30 on the indoor track. Ran them in 2 sets of 5 with 45 seconds in between and a 4 minute set break. Felt okay, but that track fucking sucks so bad cause it's 12 laps to a mile, and the football/wrestling teams kept spilling onto the track so we were constantly dodging people, though I did (kinda intentionally) knock one of them down on the second interval and it felt real good, so the effort was actually a little harder than the times indicated. Also, since I got up late I ended up eating an entire frozen pizza and a baked potato 20 minutes before I started, which almost came back up during the second set. Lifted afterwards (leg extensions, calf raises, leg press, squats) and did abs and hip circles.
