Comments:
Felt very, very good. Almost went 3, but decided to wait. If I feel good over the rest of the week, I'll get an extra mile to hit 15 for the week. No reason to push it; enjoy the lack of pain. No IT pain, no achilles pain. Achilles were, however, "weak" feeling after.
