Comments:
Felt sore the whole day from workingout and running yest. Once today's run began i felt pretty good. Slight pain in left foot on the turns of the track. The pain went away after about 5mins into the workout. 1 lap fast,1 lap easy. 10times. about 27-28sec for the fast laps. Felt quite good after the speed workout. Even decided to lift weights for 30min cuz i felt so good.
