Weather: not as bad as Fincastle

Comments:
Easy workout due to race. Ran with Kyle and the gang. No stopping....2 miles at 7:00 pace, 2 miles alternating 400 at 90 and easy. Nailed the 7:00 stuff and was very easy and the 400s were comfortable between 89 and 87.
