Comments:
15 mins, followed by a 25 min tempo, then another 15 mins. Plus 4 x 200m then a 8:30 cooldown
Felt pretty good in the tempo. Started out the run feeling tired but once I got into the tempo I started to feel better. Felt really good on the 200s as well.
