Comments:
I played basketball for about 15 minutes before I actually went running. While I run I have a lot of breakthroughs. Today, I realized that if I stay on my toes my heel doesn't hurt. I also realized that goals I have the world doesn't care. Anything I want is meaningless to the world. So I might as well be standing ovation great. It's going to take more attention to detail then I currently have, and that's okay.
