Comments:
I did a little sprinting workout today. I found a track here and decided to drag Alma and Emily over to it. They did some workout video on the infield while I did my workout. I decided to do 200s but I didn’t want to do too much. I started with jogging around the track and doing some warmups and a few striders. I did two 200s with 2-3 minutes of rest in between. Then was going to start the next one but there was a man in the lane so I did a 100. He was gone by the time I got back to the start and did two more 200s. I decided to end with another 100 for the sake of not having that one random 100 in there. I felt like I could do more but I decided I would hold back since I’ve only had a few runs so far. I jogged two more laps afterwards.
