Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran 5 miles on the treadmill at a 1.5% incline. The arch and achilles of my right foot have been in pain for about a week. I got inserts in my shoes for the plantar fascia which help but there is still pain. I'll take tomorrow off from running and probably do a pool workout. I ended the day with pyramid push ups starting at 10.
