I was geared up and ready to go to the gym, for a run, but I went outside and took a look at my snow covered car and decided that I just didn't feel like cleaning it off. Lazy...I know!! Instead, I came in and went for a spin on my bike. Brian was very thoughtful this morning and put my bike on the trainer so that I had that option if I didn't want to get out on the roads. He knows me oh so well :) I have to say, it felt good to be back on the bike. I haven't been cycling in a few months and today I realized how much I missed it. I enjoy riding outside and can't wait for it to warm up but it was fine for today. Good bike ride and a good way to cross train :)I have no idea how far I went....my wireless thing on my bike only picks up my speed/miles from my front wheel but I maintained a pretty steady, quick speed for 30 minutes.
