Comments:
worked upper body in the early pm, 1/2 hour, easy.
first 1/2 hour very fast walking with some serious inclines, 1.7 mi. next 1/2 hour of tempo runs. mostly 6mph with a few minutes of 7 and 8 mph every mile and a minute of walking at the beginning of every mile. 3 miles.
