Weather: Raining - not heavy
Comments:
Ran 7 - 3 laps of Queens Park and a few add ons. Was going fairly steady - slowed it down a bit toward the end just to make sure I got the 7 in. Felt grand overall.
Not that I'd ever think about it like this - but thats about 130 miles for the month. 30/35 a week. Hopefully August up to 40/45 a week.
