Comments:
Good week of running. 16 miler on Friday for my longest of the summer so far. Took it easy since we did a pretty hilly one. Had a couple runs with a bit of a faster pace (like 6:30-6:45) but those felt pretty easy so I let it slide. Trying not to get into the habit of doing that though, especially as we finish up the summer over the next month.
