Comments:
Ugh I got up early because I was so hungry and thirsty. My best hangover cure is a run so I worked my way up to get back outside and shake it off a little bit. Nice route through the trails, like clockwork just putting on there. Decent number of folks out walking dogs too it really was a fantastic morning weather wise. Coming back, pace was feeling pretty good so I stopped off at the track and did a mile of straight aways. Wanted to see if I could get rolling. Didnt feel as good as I hoped. It was sunny and hot out so I finished up easy back home.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back, made up for lackluster effort last night. Feel sore but that's what I was craving all week, not being able to run.
