Fall Week 4

Comments:
Three 85 mile weeks in a row. Hamstring didn't feel great this week but I iced it and just ran through it and it stayed in check. New shoes on the way should help.

Hardest workout I think I've ever done this week--4 mi tempo at 5:43 pace followed by 5x800 on the track averaging 2:35. Feels like I'm really going somewhere.

Three years ago, I came into this team as the ~35th guy. Now, I'm like 14th-15th, and my goal of getting into the top 12 (varsity for the conference meet) seems reachable. We're incredibly deep this year so it may be tough, but I'm glad we have so many guys that can probably run in the 25s and 26s for an 8k. It's gonna be a special year.
