Comments:
First track workout in probably a year or so lol very nervous going in, always am when testing myself but I was surprised. Used the Kinvara's for the first 3 and endorhpin for the last 3. Decided to take it out slow so I didn't die, should have done it more even like this workout is meant. First 2 were easy, middle 2 were moderate, last 2 were difficult but didn't feel like I was reaching . Had a corssfit team out there that prob helped push me. Overall solid workout - ran more even could have done 7/8 I think. Middle 2:30 rest was low cause put shoes on. Last rep was 5:03 at watch mile so guessing 5:05ish...thought the watch would lap it ...
