I was having lower back spasms, so I was worried about this run. Took it very easy and in the end, I quite enjoyed it, alhtough the legs were tired over the last 2km. This makes me a little concerned on how I'm going to get through another 20km! The 10km mark was about 2 minutes better than last week. Probably about the right run to do at this stage of the training.
