Comments:
Not a very eventful week, but out at my parents place in VA for the weekend and got a great LR in on Skyline Drive (16 mi with 1600+ feet of elevation gain during the run). Otherwise, a quality workout on Thursday (four mile tempo, 3x800, 3x300, 3x200, 3x100). Lots of volume and felt tired at the beginning but sharp by the end of the workout. Good stuff. Big chance to see what I can do in the 8k at Rowan next weekend and try to crack top 12.
