Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
5 miles on the treadmill at a 1.5% incline. I started off at an 8:30 mile and picked up the pace a little after each mile. My last mile was 6:39. I followed the run with 3 sets of pull ups my ab routine and a set of pyramid push ups starting at ten. I still feel pain in the arch and achilles of my right foot.
