Trying to get 2 workouts in now until the 5 miler...will be hard if my LR are not Sunday and are still Saturday...shorter overall workout today 4 mile tempo, goal was 22:00 (5:30s) but couldn't hit the first 2 miles quick enough. 5:45, 5:33, 5:30, 5:24 so overall 22:13.5 tempo. 3 mile easy up, 3 mile easy down. Solid for the effort didn't feel too hard.
