Comments:
Track workout...wanted to do shorter and quicker like 800s/1000s but landed back on the classics. Felt way better than last week. Did 2x2mile and 2xmile. Had some left in the tank should have done 3x2mile and 1xmile I think...either way the 2 mile repeats were controlled. First one 10:52 even felt easy. 2 min then 10:38 def harder last lap was the hardest but not struggling. 2 mins then quicker miles. Went out quick 5:00 pace and settled in. Legs really do not have any turn over. 5:10/1 min then this last one was difficult, went out slow through 200m then back on 77 pace. 5:08ish. 2:05 after first repeat due to rain and putting my bag away. Overall felt strong good. should hit 80-85 this week
