Comments:
Cold morning 28 when we woke up but sick day so slept in an hourish longer. Easy day with Lydia in Concord still dog sitting. Prob should go on my own around 7-7:45 pace but this is fine will help legs and hopefully calf recover. Full recovery great sleep. Need to focus on a good diet today high cards, low fiber, solid protein to recover and the rest. Load is decreasing so will see if the balancing act goes to recovery, peaking, maintaining, or unpro...worried about unpro with the pace today but shorter length could help?
Cold run but ran trails for the first 5ish so blocked the wind. wore jacket and short sleeve, hands just cold af. Got peaking so that's good. SOme hills were a solid change up prob too late for anything to help. Hopefully I can strech peaking another two days. Will prob be in recovery tomorrow AM then maybe back to peaking after I run hopefully
