Later start like 11:40AM, little better weather as far as wind. Wore just long sleeve and gloves with shorts. With less wind thin long sleeve prob perfect. Took this super chill thought I was going slower than I did which is good. Glad this felt super easy and relaxed Cudi music def helps. Unpro is def because no workouts I've realized...18 hours seems the easy run recovery staple.
