First race of the winter

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First indoor track meet in nearly two years. Ran the 5k in 16:44. Good starting point. Was a really tough race but proud of myself for sticking through it and running 40s like I told myself to do. Good long run this Sunday. Legs are tired from racing, LR, and a lot of quality strength work this week, as well as my highest mileage week since mid-October! Time to grind out the mileage over these last two weeks of school and carry that over into winter break!
